Official Rules
1) Qualifiers must have a valid Michigan or Indiana driver’s license). Qualifiers must not have won any MAJOR prize (over $500) from Mid-West Family Broadcasting within 30 days of qualification and may qualify only once during the contest period. One qualifier per household.
2) Qualify by listening for your “Y-Country Listener Club Card “ number at various times between 6am and 10pm weekdays. You can sign up for listener card at various locations from May 29 – September 4, 2008. Y-Country Listener Club Card form information must be complete. By entering you opt-in to receive email, phone or mail offers. You may opt-out by contacting 97.5 Y-Country.
3) Contest qualification is non-transferable. Mid-West Family Broadcasting and WSJM, Inc. shall have no responsibility for failure to win or claim prize based on difficulties with telephone lines, internet connection or any other circumstances.
4) .. Listeners will be contacted via telephone, email or mail if they have qualified.
5) Winner is responsible for all city, state, federal taxes, title and licensing fees.
6) All qualifiers must be present to win at Vickie’s Sandbar on Thursday, September 4 from 3:00-8:00pm. Prize is non-transferable.
7) Any and all other sponsors/advertisers involved with any promotion assume no responsibility for situations, repairs, or incidents arising from any aspect of any and all prizes awarded.
8) Prize is not redeemable for cash, and no cash equivalent will be awarded. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes, fees and additional costs. Prize is 2008 Ford Ranger XLT Supercab.
9) The voices and/or pictures of contest qualifiers and winner may be used for promotional and/or broadcast purposes by Mid-West Family Broadcasting.
10) Mid-West Family Broadcasting, WSJM, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees, and immediate families (i.e., siblings, in-laws) are not eligible. Employees of radio and/or television stations broadcasting within a 50-mile radius of Mid-West Family Broadcasting are also not ineligible.
11) Mid-West Family Broadcasting reserves the right to amend or append these rules at any time during the contest.
